Products and availability

We sell games, consoles, accessories and collectibles. Product images are illustrative; the title, platform, edition, region, condition, included items and warranty shown on the individual listing or confirmed in writing are the details for your order. Please ask before paying if any of these details are unclear. A product marked “price on request” or “confirm before order” is an enquiry and is not available for immediate checkout at an unconfirmed price. We will confirm availability and the final price before asking you to pay. We may correct a genuine listing error and will contact you before processing an affected order.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We confirm acceptance and availability by email or direct contact. Pay only through the payment method and instructions shown or confirmed by GAME INK. Bank transfer orders may remain on hold until the payment is verified. Cash on delivery is not offered at launch. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will contact you about a refund or an alternative you may choose. Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery

We offer delivery within Sri Lanka where a delivery service is available. The delivery charge and estimated timing are shown at checkout or confirmed before payment. Estimates can change due to stock, location, courier operations or events outside our control. We will share updates when a material delay becomes known. Please provide a correct address and reachable phone number, and inspect the parcel on arrival.

Returns and warranties

Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how to report damaged, incorrect or faulty products and request an eligible return. Any manufacturer or seller warranty applies only as stated on the product page or in written order confirmation. Nothing in these terms removes rights available to consumers under applicable Sri Lankan law.

GAME INK Premium and deals

Premium is a manually paid monthly membership. It does not automatically renew. The current monthly price and included benefits are shown on the Premium or Deals page before purchase. Eligible members can access qualifying deal prices during an active paid period. Deal availability, limits and dates are shown with the individual offer. Buying Premium does not guarantee that a particular product will remain in stock. Any loyalty points displayed in an account are governed by the current points information shown on the site; they are not cash and cannot be withdrawn. Contact us if your paid access or points do not appear correctly.

Accounts and site use

Keep your sign-in information private and provide accurate order details. We may investigate misuse, fraud or unauthorized activity. Content and branding on the site belong to GAME INK or their respective rights holders. Third-party product names and images remain the property of their owners.
