Shipping and Delivery

GAME INK arranges delivery across Sri Lanka, subject to courier coverage and product availability. Before you pay, we will confirm the product, delivery address, delivery charge and estimated dispatch or arrival time. For a product shown as “Price on request,” contact us for a complete quote.

Placing an order

Send the product name, your delivery city and postcode to [email protected] or WhatsApp +94 76 156 1545. We will confirm stock, the final item price, any delivery cost and the payment instructions. Please do not make a payment based only on an unconfirmed enquiry or an old listing.

Dispatch and delivery

We share an estimated delivery time when confirming your order. Timing may differ by location, stock and courier schedule. We will contact you if a material delay occurs. Keep your phone available for the courier and check your address before confirming the order.

Receiving a parcel

Inspect the parcel and product as soon as you receive it. If it arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and photos or video. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the next steps.

Payment and support
